At the start of 2020, the TFCC Group Ltd struck up a sponsorship deal with Glamorgans Andrew Salter, Off Spinner and PCA representative for the South West.

2019 saw Salter finish as the county's leading wicket-taker in Vitality Blast action, taking 14 wickets at an average of just under 20. He took successive career-best hauls, firstly taking 4/23 at The Oval in front of a packed house against Surrey before putting on a show on Sky Sports with 4/12 against Gloucestershire at Sophia Gardens. Salter also played a key role in the victory away at Derbyshire, before taking 3/6 against Leicestershire in a commanding victory in the final home game of the season.
In 2013 Andrew claiming a wicket with his first ball in Championship cricket for Glamorgan at the St. Helen’s ground in Swansea during the match with Leicestershire, and the off-spinner subsequently impressed many good judges in the Yorkshire Bank40 final against the Notts Outlaws at Lord’s. Salter from Pembrokeshire made his Glamorgan 2nd XI debut in 2010 and he has also appeared for Wales Minor Counties and the Cardiff MCCU team, for whom he made his first-class debut in 2012 against Somerset at Taunton. After graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2014, where he studied Sport Coaching & Development.
