CEL approached the TFCC Group Ltd for investment from in late 2019, as a start up family run multi sports company . It is hoped that with the scope of the TFCC Groups exclusive network and contacts in the local area, as well as guidance and support, that CEL sports will become a well respected offering in the multi sports market for many years to come

Why did you join forces with TFCC Group Ltd?
I was looking to start a successful family run multi sports coaching company after having meetings with Tom and talking about where I wanted to take my company and where he had managed to take his with good ethics, morals and offering quality standard coaching . It was a no brainier to have the TFCC Group on board with me with there support and knowledge - its such a great tool for me going into this market. What would you say the benefits of having TFCC group support your business are? There knowledge and experiences in the market as well as their support network. Its knowing it is always there at anytime of day or night too! For a new company trying to find there feet, they have made it so smooth for me and I’ve achieved so much due to the support I've received in such a small space of time. Did you have any reservations beforehand? Only the jump into self employment having been employed for 18 years! Going into business myself gave me reservations which would be expected. These were soon relaxed though , when it came to working with the TFCC group, as when you look at how successful they have been through good, honest hard work, it’s inspirational and makes me even more hungry to be successful. How easy did you find the process to join the TFCC group? I emailed at first to just find out bit more about them , before a series of face to face meetings and discussions about what I needed and what TFCC group can offer me. TFCC then came to me with a proposal and the final agreement meeting saw me sign into business with them. Again, throughout, Tom and Ben are always very easy to contact and discuss things over step by step, however big or small. And finally.. Would you recommend Tom and his team of mentors to others looking to expand their own coaching business? To anyone looking to start a business or expanding there business then I say do it! Like I did;get the TFCC group on board for support! It allowed me to become part of something much bigger and join a group heading up with the right morals and ethics in all they do; priceless to me. Of course, doubts can creep into your mind from time to time as a start up business owner, but with the TFCC Group behind me, they help alleviate many of these for a new and expanding business with having them alongside you all the way. |
