Professional Cricketers' Association - PCA

The Professional Cricketers’ Association formed in 1967 to represent and improve conditions for professional cricketers across England and Wales. Over the decades providing and improving on the financial aspects, equality, diversity, health and wellbeing of the cricketing community. The PCA works closely with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and fully supports the ECB’s One Game Strategy, which is focused on ensuring that all communities have equal access and opportunity to support talent progression from grassroots cricket into the professional game.The PCA regards discrimination (whether direct or indirect), harassment, victimisation or bullying as serious misconduct and any employee or member will be dealt with under the PCA’s disciplinary procedures. The PCA's purpose and ongoing aim is to champion interests of professional cricketers in England and Wales. Whilst maintaining to deliver an excellent Personal Development and Welfare Programme to all their members. Also offering clear and comprehensive contractual advice.
The PCA and TFCC Group created a partnership at the start of the 2020 season. With that, the partnership promotes help and support for current and former professionals, exploring into coaching business and opportunities.
