After taking Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching from working with 1 club to working with 25+ clubs, 15+ Schools and holding regular contracts with Northamptonshire CCC and the ECB, we are passionate about using our business development expertise to help new businesses grow. We believe that experience is pivotal in developing any small business, that is what we can bring to the party. 

Over the past 2 years Ben and Tom have been mentors for master’s business students at De Monfort University, during this time they have gained more experience in passing on knowledge to young inspirational Businessmen and Women.
