Ben France Cricket coaching was been part of the TFCC Group since the outset, providing a highly successful cricket coaching business to Norfolk and the surrounding areas. 

Why did you join the TFCC Group as a Licensee Ben?
Personally I see it as a huge potential to take my coaching business to next level. I’ve seen how successful and professional TFCC are in the way they operate and what to make a difference to cricket in East Anglia with there support behind me. 
 
What would you say the main benefits of having the TFCC Group behind you are whilst running your own coaching business?
Being part of a Big support network. The fact TFCC have been running for 4 years now and understand the coaching market, clubs and players needs. They have a good understanding of what works and what doesn’t work. Giving me chance to bounce ideas off them is also great too. 
 
Did you have any reservations beforehand?
Its something new - so the unknown really. So I'd say just taking the plunge and having to rely on coaching as main form of income especially with a young family.  I knew deep down though now I'm ready to take the business up a notch or two. 
 
How easy did you find the process to sign up to the TFCC Group?
Very easy.  We had an initial face to face meeting and straight away I was  feeling comfortable and content. A few emails backwards and forth were all it then needed to complete the sign up process.
Me and Tom go back years from our county playing days so that helps. The whole process was very professional from start to finish
 
What would you say to others who are considering joining as a licensee?
If you want to take business to next level as I have last couple of years, and even if you are a bit reserved just do it! With backing and confidence that TFCC gives you from  their expertise and behind the scenes. access and support, I've never felt like its just me doing this. 
 
And finally... would you recommend Tom and his team of mentors to others looking to expand their own coaching business?
Yes, its early days but from our dealings so far over the past 6 months very much so.
